Delivery Policy:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of product you have ordered. Generally, we strive to deliver your order within 5-7 business days within Pakistan.
Delivery Charges:
We offer free delivery on orders above PKR 2,000. For orders below PKR 2,000, we charge a nominal delivery fee of PKR 300 Subject to Change.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on products that are personalized or customized.
Return Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Refund Process:
We will initiate a refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned product. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
